About the Role

Logistics Manager ($65K - $90K) Keeps the right parts and supplies ready when the team needs them. You manage inventory, organize the storeroom, and make sure downtime isn’t caused by missing tools or materials. You’re the supply point that keeps the mission moving.
Overview: As a Storeroom Manager, you’ll use your military experience in supply, armory, or motor pool operations to manage critical materials in a manufacturing environment. You’ll be responsible for organizing parts and tools, tracking inventory, and making sure maintenance and production teams have what they need – on time, every time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive, store, and issue materials, parts, tools, and equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Organize and label stock in a clean, efficient, and accessible way
• Conduct cycle counts and help reconcile inventory discrepancies
• Monitor stock levels and reorder parts to prevent shortages or overstocking
• Collaborate with maintenance, purchasing, and vendors to improve reliability and uptime
Ideal for Service Members with Experience In:
• Supply chain, armory, POL, or motor pool logistics
• Warehouse management, tool rooms, or parts control
• Using systems like GCSS-Army, R-SUPPLY, or other inventory software
• Managing readiness through organization and accountability
• Working in fast-paced environments where materials must be available on demand

Schedule

Up to 40 hours / week during SkillBridge. Full-time for Direct-Hires
