About the Role

Maintenance Coordinator ($65K - $90K)
Ensures the right work is completed at the right time. You build the game plan—coordinating people, parts, and priorities—so that maintenance and production run smoothly without chaos. You keep operations on time, on task, and mission-ready.
Overview: As a Maintenance Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in keeping manufacturing operations organized and efficient. You’ll apply your military experience in planning,
logistics, and operational readiness to build work schedules, coordinate resources, and reduce downtime. Your work ensures that the right people are in the right place at the right time—with the tools and information they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop daily, weekly, and long-range maintenance or production schedules
• Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment to support planned work
• Track work progress and update plans based on changing priorities
• Communicate across departments (maintenance, operations, supply chain)
• Review backlog, work orders, and historical data to optimize future schedules
• Help ensure critical assets stay available and mission-ready
Ideal for Service Members with Experience In:
• Planning and executing operations, logistics, or maintenance missions
• Coordinating tasks across teams and managing timelines
• Using systems like GCSS-Army, SAMS-E, NAVSUP, or aircraft maintenance tracking tools
• Building work schedules, movement orders, or training plans

Schedule

Up to 40 hours / week during SkillBridge. Full-time for Direct-Hires
