About the Role

Manufacturing Manager ($90K-$120K+) Leads the leaders. You oversee multiple teams, making sure people, processes, and equipment are all working together to hit production goals. You solve problems, manage priorities, and create the structure that helps your people succeed—safely, on time, and with pride.
Overview: As a Manufacturing Manager, you will apply your military leadership experience to lead multiple production teams or shifts within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll be responsible for people, processes, and performance—ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of high-quality products. You’ll coach frontline leaders, coordinate across departments, and drive operational excellence every day.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders and across multiple lines or shifts
• Drive daily operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets
• Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and quality to remove barriers to success
• Monitor performance metrics and lead daily/weekly performance reviews
• Build culture through accountability, continuous improvement, and team engagement
• Manage staffing, shift coverage, and production priorities in real time
