Manufacturing Team Lead (Engineering/Maintenance) ($75K-$100K)
Keeps the crew mission ready on the production floor. You lead people, solve problems in real time, and make sure the team hits its goals safely and on time. You're the go-to leader when things go right—and when they don’t.
Overview: As an Engineering/Maintenance Team Leader, you will lead multi-craft maintenance teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll apply your military leadership experience to coordinate activities, ensure safety and quality, and keep your team mission-ready. Your role is critical to meeting reliability goals while developing people, solving problems, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support a team of technicians on the production and shop floors
• Ensure reliability targets are met safely, efficiently, and with high quality
• Respond to emergent equipment failures and coordinate real-time problem solving
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve peak performance
• Drive daily routines such as shift changeovers, safety checks, and performance reviews
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and leadership to improve systems and results
