About the Role
Reliability Engineer ($75K-$120K)
Helps make sure machines and systems in a production facility stay mission-ready. You find weak spots, prevent failures, and help teams keep the line moving without surprises. REMOTE POSITIONS available.
Overview: As a Reliability Engineer, you will apply your military experience in leadership, preventive maintenance, mission planning, and root cause analysis to support critical manufacturing operations. You’ll work alongside operations and maintenance teams to improve equipment performance, reduce downtime, and ensure the plant runs safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct equipment inspections, failure analyses, and root cause investigations
• Develop and optimize preventive maintenance strategies
• Use data to identify reliability risks and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with technicians, operators, and engineers to implement solutions
• Support a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
Ideal for Service Members with Experience In:
• Preventive maintenance and equipment readiness
• Leading maintenance teams or operations sections
