ABOUT
Founded in 2020 by Dave Schantz, DoD SkillBridge Champion, Military Onboard Solutions knows the SkillBridge program from all angles. Dave retired from the Navy, and participated in a SkillBridge fellowship with General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) as a Senior Training Advisor.
The SkillBridge fellowship culminated in Dave accepting a full-time position with GDIT. Over the next year Dave also helped GDIT's Talent Acquisitions team understand the program from a service member perspective. After his first year with GDIT, a new position was created for Dave to lead and expand GDIT's SkillBridge program.
Over the next 2 years Dave grew GDIT's SkillBridge program more than 10X, taking them from 8 to 83 service members, and achieving a 94% hire rate.
Since then, Military Onboard Solutions was born and has built successful SkillBridge programs with hundreds of organizations, from startups to large enterprises, spanning many industries:

It's our intention to grow and evolve this group into a Center of Excellence to accelerate the successful transformation and civilianization of our transitioning military with opportunities in great career pathways.
